We care for our colleague’s satisfaction,
involve them in our planning and
decision making processes and ask for
their feedback. Therefore, our bi-annual
Rotana Employee Satisfaction Survey
enables us to measure and understand our
colleagues’ attitude, opinions, motivation,
and satisfaction. It also helps with better
engagement, colleagues’ retention and
better workplace productivity. The 2012
survey derived to colleague’s satisfaction
further improvement to 92.5%. The
survey included 8,101 participants from
46 hotels out of 8692 eligible colleagues.
This is an outstanding result within our
industry and other service industries
worldwide. Despite the improved results,
following to the survey result issuance,
an action plan is developed by each hotel
and improvement drivers are targeted for
corporate led actions.
