Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa has recently been certified with ISO 21401:2018 for Tourism and Related Services – Sustainability Management System for Accommodation Establishments by the Bureau Veritas.
The certificate helps the organization demonstrate its ability to consistently provide services that meet customer requirements, it also facilitates the systematic management of environmental responsibilities that contribute to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
